1. Scope and responsibility
This policy covers the guide pages and features we provide at pokesurvivor.club. It does not cover the separate game service at pokesurvivor.com or websites reached through external links. Questions about this guide can be sent to [email protected].
2. Browsing the guide
The guide is delivered as static pages. It has no account registration, sign-in, comment submission, newsletter, checkout or payment form. We do not ask visitors to enter game credentials. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to the guide. No advertising network is currently installed.
Images, type data, styles and scripts used by the reference pages are served with the website. You can read the guide without creating an account.
3. Searches, filters and page addresses
Pokédex and Moves searches run locally in your browser. The search text and selected filters are placed in the page address so that a result can be refreshed or shared. The guide does not send these searches to a separate search service or save them in its own user database.
A search URL may remain in browser history, be included when you share a link or be transmitted to the hosting service when the page is requested again. Enter game-related search terms rather than personal or confidential information.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. Our search and filter features do not use local storage or session storage to remember selections. The embedded game may use its own cookies and storage under its own policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
5. Website delivery and security
When your browser requests a page or asset, the service delivering the website receives technical request information. This can include an IP address, requested address, browser information, time of access and diagnostic or security information.
Such processing supports page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Provider logging, retention and access controls depend on the hosting configuration and the provider’s policies. We do not claim that visiting a website is anonymous simply because the guide has no accounts.
6. The embedded game
Opening our Play page loads https://pokesurvivor.com/ inside an iframe. Your browser connects directly to that service, which receives the connection information needed to load the game. It may make further requests, store progress or offer account and multiplayer features.
Those services are operated by the game project, not by PokéSurvivor.club. Our guide does not receive your game passwords, account details, save files or gameplay records through a guide account system. Read the game project’s own policies before submitting information there. Requests about game accounts or saves must be directed to that service.
7. Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use that information to review and respond to the enquiry, address corrections or rights requests, and keep records needed to resolve the matter.
Email is handled through our email provider. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for its purpose or applicable obligations; a request to remove correspondence will be considered with those obligations in mind.
8. Sharing and external services
We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from guide searches. Delivery, security and email providers may process information as described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request.
External websites have their own practices. Following a source, credit or other external link can transmit ordinary connection information to its destination. Processing locations depend on the relevant providers and may be outside your country.
9. Advertising and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure page views, traffic sources, device information and engagement with the guide. Page addresses, including search parameters, may be included in analytics data. Google processes technical connection information when the analytics tag loads. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization signals in our tag configuration. The integration measures our guide pages, not activity inside the separate game iframe. Browser settings or extensions can block analytics. Advertising placeholders remain disabled and AdSense is not installed. We will update this policy if these practices change.
10. Children and privacy choices
The guide contains general-audience game information and does not offer a child account or submission system. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information by email, a parent or guardian may contact us to request a review and removal where appropriate.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other information about personal data we handle. Contact us with enough detail to locate the relevant correspondence or issue. We may need proportionate verification before responding. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We cannot manage information held solely by the original game or another independent provider.
